SubHub review policy
Reviews are user-generated opinions. SubHub distinguishes reviews tied to completed work in the platform from reviews that are not linked to a completed SubHub job.
What “Verified” means on a review
A review is marked Verified when the signed-in homeowner links it to their completed quote request for that provider. The platform checks ownership, provider match, and completed status. The label confirms that platform connection; it does not mean SubHub inspected the work or agrees with the review.
Review controls
A completed quote request can receive one verified review. Reviewers can edit or delete their own reviews. For verified reviews, project facts derived from the completed job remain locked while the reviewer can edit the rating, comment, and photos. Providers can respond to reviews through the product.
How to read ratings
Ratings are recomputed from the provider's current reviews. Consider the number, recency, detail, project relevance, provider response, and whether a review is verified rather than relying on an average alone. A review is not a credential, safety determination, or promise of future performance.
